Michal Košátko has started to compete in 1995. Since this time he has won tens of gold, silver and bronze medals and become overall the most successful competitor in many cups and championships. In 2001 he firstly took part on kickboxing competition in semi-contact and won bronze medal. In three years he started again, this time in semi-contact and full-contact categories. After beating Eddie Balog, bronze medallist of World Kickbox Championship, Michal became the most successful competitor. Except Taekwon-do ITF which is the main part of his sport career he also tried to fight in ring according to K1 rules. Even if the rules are different from Taekwon-do ones he won as well. |
